I have excellent skills in leading a team as I am very organized and stress-resistant. Helped a few years doing restaurant start-ups in Belgium (among others  Gordon Ramsay's right hand Maitre d’hotel Jean Philippe Susilovic.



My name is Diederik Vanwynsberghe. I am a private chef with 23 years of experience in the restaurant business. Had several restaurants in Belgium that were mentioned in Michelin and Gault et Millau guides. I do all cuisines although Mediterranean fusion is my favorite.

Being a self-taught Chef I have always worked autonomously. I am very organized and structured and have a lot of experience leading a team. I like to create new dishes from all kinds of cuisine and especially Mediterranean cuisine. Creating is my specialty. 
My passion is to experiment with new flavors, smells, and ingredients and above all give a culinary experience unforgettable to my clients.
