We like traveling with our old Westfalia ‘86, discovering new forms and culinary combinación; we love wine, jazz music, and running. We want to invent new challenges continually. Every day and every person we meet is a unique opportunity.

We worked in the highest quality places of Venezia, Torino, London, Tenerife, and Ibiza.

Massimiliano, the chef, worked in one of the best and most famous restaurants in Venezia for many years, then he became a chef and Manager in several restaurants.

 Carlotta started as an assistant sommelier of one of the most famous Italian sommeliers. She worked for several years alongside the experts, and then she moved to London city where she specialized in the management and organization of restaurant staff and events.



Carlotta and Massimiliano can offer you the best possible wake-up call with their classic or special breakfasts such as the ¨Pool Breakfast¨ served on a special floating Balinese tray, their exquisite Champagne Breakfast or their Colorful Brunches. Besides this, their fresh pasta and pizza menus prepared before your eyes, is only a treat to your taste & smell buds.
