Positive: Professionalism I moved to Ibiza 4 weeks ago, I found myself in a really difficult situation after my villa had been robbed (booked with another agency) I was house hunting For almost 2 weeks. It is peak season and extremely busy and it was looking highly unlikely I would find a home to call my own for the next 12 months. Then I found Johnny from Hoy Hoy Ibiza on Facebook. He went above and beyond to help me. He found me an amazing apartment within 48 hours and I now have a beautiful place to live, and at a very reasonable price . I have a pool and tennis court and it even has a security card and electronic entry system so I feel extremely safe. I would highly recommend Hoy Hoy Ibiza for anything you need in Ibiza , they are fast , efficient and really professional!!

We had an amazing time - the view, the house, pool, bedrooms, kitchen, everything is in a great condition. The villa is out of this world. Received great service via Hoy Hoy Ibiza with a property management issue. Contacted us at the end of the day on Sunday, received an immediate response early in the evening and devised and implemented a suitable solution the next morning. The contact was extremely friendly and super good. If you ever have to arrange something or need help with something, you can definitely go to Hoy Hoy Ibiza for the great service. Got back in touch with the wonderful man 4 months later! after having a good conversation about another issue at our location. A little bit of haste was required here. a single phone call and someone was at our location to help us within an hour. Great fast and perfect service once again! If you speak to the people personally, you cannot help but find this to be a great and professional company. Who knows what the future can bring for us!

We had a wonderful week with the whole family. The villa is truly beautiful, the location is great and the contact with the organization went smoothly. The welcome was also very personal and well organised! A tip for the owner to maybe renovate the only room that has not been renovated because when you sleep there you have a different experience than the other rooms. It's really a big difference. Nevertheless, we definitely give it a 9! We would come back again!
