Positive: Professionalism I moved to Ibiza 4 weeks ago, I found myself in a really difficult situation after my villa had been robbed (booked with another agency) I was house hunting For almost 2 weeks. Contacted us at the end of the day on Sunday, received an immediate response early in the evening and devised and implemented a suitable solution the next morning. Got back in touch with the wonderful man 4 months later! after having a good conversation about another issue at our location. We had a wonderful week with the whole family. The villa is truly beautiful, the location is great and the contact with the organization went smoothly. The welcome was also very personal and well organised! A tip for the owner to maybe renovate the only room that has not been renovated because when you sleep there you have a different experience than the other rooms. It's really a big difference. Nevertheless, we definitely give it a 9! We would come back again!
